Inspection and property

For New Home Protection requests only. Select a package, or leave this blank to discuss individual visits. We confirm same-customer, same-property eligibility and stage prices before booking; this inquiry is not an accepted package.

Available at the same property and visit as an eligible Buyer, Final or 11-Month Warranty inspection. Insurance reports are separately priced for each requested visit; package savings do not apply to them. Not available as an add-on to Pre-Drywall, Condo or Reinspection.

Street address. If an address has not been assigned, select the option above and provide the builder, community and lot below.

Heated/cooled living space. An estimate is fine. If you are not sure, we can check the address.

New construction details If applicable

For a home without an assigned address, the builder, community and lot identify the property. Otherwise, share any details you have.

A publicly shareable builder or floor-plan link is enough. Please do not include passwords or access codes.

For a selected package, use this field for questions or additional separately quoted visits. If you have not chosen a package, tell us which visits you are considering, or leave this blank.

Warranty timing If applicable

Share dates from your builder paperwork if known. We will confirm the applicable deadline before scheduling; the package rate window does not extend a builder warranty or claim deadline.

Insurance report request If applicable

The inspection service or insurance add-on selected above identifies the report or combination requested.

Include the report names and any photo or form requirements. Do not send policy numbers or other sensitive account information.

Reinspection details If applicable

List the report item numbers or briefly describe the items. We will confirm the limited scope before arranging a return visit.
